The site requests business contact details, company, role, employee count, funding type and an enquiry. It is not a client health-data portal. Do not submit patient or confidential claim information.
Preview and email-draft mode
In the supplied preview, no enquiry endpoint is connected. The form prepares text in your browser. After a business email is configured, the default option opens your mail application; the email is not sent until you send it. Any later hosted form must be reviewed and disclosed here before activation.
Use and access
At launch, enquiry information will be used to respond, evaluate service fit and maintain a minimal business-contact record. It will not be sold. Authorized service providers may process it under appropriate terms. Public hosting providers may maintain technical/security logs.
Retention and choice
Adopt and publish the actual retention period before launch; the proposed prospect-record period is up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction unless an engagement, legal obligation or minimal opt-out record requires longer. Request correction, deletion or no further marketing through the configured business privacy contact.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising pixels, third-party analytics, newsletter tracking or nonessential cookies are included by default. If such tools are added, assess applicable notice and consent requirements and update this page.
