Independence pledge
A disclosed conflict
is still a conflict.
Our compensation must survive the same scrutiny we apply to everyone else.
Client fees only
No money from the providers under examination.
No commissions or overrides
No referral fees
No paid vendor rankings
No percentage of savings
No broker-of-record appointment
No required implementation purchase
A real incentive to manage
We can earn more from corrective work.
That incentive does not disappear because the employer pays the bill. We manage it with fixed diagnostic fees, complete reports before correction sales, qualified review of material findings, documented no-change options and portable deliverables. You approve whether and how to act.
Disqualifying financial interests in recommended providers trigger recusal, replacement or declining the work. Separate ownership paperwork does not make a shared economic interest disappear.
Partner recommendations
Private to clients. Never pay-to-play.
Recommended firms must pass a documented review of ownership, compensation, data rights, contracts, relevant experience, licensing, security and performance evidence. No one pays to join a list, and no referral-volume commitment earns favorable treatment.
A recommendation is specific to the employer. It is not a certification that one provider is best for everyone.
An executive conversation. Not a broker pitch.
What would better evidence change?
Start with your headcount, funding type and next plan decision. No patient data needed.
