Founder perspective
"I am not asking you to replace your broker with me. I am asking whether the evidence supports the arrangement you have."
For much of my career, I worked as an employer's full-time broker and advisor. My focus became the economics underneath the plan: who gets paid, how payment affects recommendations, what employers can see, and what they can change.
With PlanWitness, I am narrowing the role. I want to investigate the economics, explain the evidence and build a practical plan. Employers can then act with their current team, another provider, or separately scoped help from us.
The formal program is new. Its company-level track record is not being borrowed from my earlier roles. The sample report is explicitly fictional, so you can evaluate the method without being shown invented client results.
The operating model
Scope, executive conversations, findings interpretation and evidence-led public education.
Documented requests, reproducible calculations, source references and qualified review.
Legal, clinical, actuarial, licensing and security matters go to appropriately qualified professionals.
An executive conversation. Not a broker pitch.
Start with your headcount, funding type and next plan decision. No patient data needed.
