Timing
The acquisition phase is separate, visible and bounded.
We begin with a signed scope, limited authorization and appropriate data safeguards. The initial acquisition phase is planned for 45 days, with a progress decision at day 30. At the end, we agree an extension, a limited examination or a pause. The report clock begins when both parties sign the readiness and limitation record.
Missing records stay visible. They do not become convenient savings estimates or unsupported accusations.
An executive conversation. Not a broker pitch.
Start with your headcount, funding type and next plan decision. No patient data needed.
